I'm Phil Webster and I would like to be your elected City-County Councillor for the next 4 years.

I am a lifelong educator who spent most of my career teaching and coaching at Decatur Central High School.

I graduated from Milligan University with a B.A. Degree in History and earned my Masters Degree from Purdue University.

I am married to my wife Lorrie and I have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. 

During my lifetime I have owned a business, taught school for over 40 years, coached a High School baseball team to a state championship, and helped to negotiate a teacher contract.  I was inducted into the Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame in 2015.

I have over time developed a strong affection for the southwest side of Indianapolis where I have lived for over 30 years.

I want to see that my friends and neighbors get all the quality of life services they deserve.
