A message from Phil Webster:

I'm Phil Webster.  I've been an educator and coach for over 40 years here on Indy's Southwest Side.  I'm running for City County Council because I am FED UP with the same old politicians who ignore our community and get nothing done.

Through my service as a teacher and coach I've gained my community's trust.  Now I hope to do the same as your Councillor.

If you can afford it, I'd surely appreciate a donation.  If you can't, perhaps you can volunteer or just wish me well.
